Please bear in mind that colours can appear different on different monitors or screens. I do not offer exchanges or refunds on printed items due to colour differences (unless there was an error during printing and they are completely different colours than in the image on this website, e.g. brown instead of purple, or yellow instead of red). If you’re concerned about potential colour variations, please contact me before ordering so we can work together to ensure that you get exactly what you want.

As per the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission website, you have the right to request a replacement or refund if there is a major problem with a product. If you feel that there is a major problem with a printed item, please contact me as soon as possible after you receive the item (and within a maximum of 7 days). I will reimburse you for reasonable postage costs associated with returning the faulty item to me (please note that I’ll ask you to provide proof of postage & costs). I do not offer exchanges or refunds on printed items for change of mind.

 

Jewellery & other gifts:

Please also note that silver is a precious metal and resin surfaces and crystal & glass beads (including pearls) are delicate and need to be treated with care. Beasts & Blossoms in not responsible for, and will not provide free repairs, replacements or refunds for, jewellery or other gift items that are damaged by the purchaser / wearer. For information about how to properly care for your jewellery, please visit this page.

The bio-resin that I use in all of my image charms & pendants is high quality and ultra clear. There are occasional very small bubbles – this is an integral part of hand-made jewellery, and should not be seen as a flaw. If there is a small bubble in your charm / pendant and you feel that it detracts from the piece, though, please let me know & I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Alterations: I am more than happy to alter the size of bracelets and the length of necklaces whenever possible, but please note that you will need to pay for packaging, postage & any insurance cover in both directions, as well as costs for additional labour and any additional materials that are required (if materials are removed that can be reused / repurposed, I’ll deduct their cost from the total owing). Please contact me for a quote.

I do not offer adjustments to ring sizes, as resizing involves a similar amount of work to making the ring band in the first place.

Exchanges: I am happy to exchange jewellery or other non-printed gift items at 100% of their original value (with the exception of fixed size rings* & earrings^) if they are unsuitable or you change your mind, but please note that the item must be returned in original, unworn condition within 7 days of receiving it, and that you will need to pay return postage (including appropriate packaging and insurance) for the original item, postage for the exchange item and any money owing for the new item (if its value is greater than that of the item you returned). Goods that are returned in a condition other than original and unworn, or after the 7 day return period, will not be accepted. Please contact me to arrange an exchange.

* I do not offer exchanges for fixed size rings because your ring is made to order for you.  It is your responsibility to provide the correct size at the time of ordering (this page provides some tips on how to make sure you order the right size).

^ Unless faulty, earrings cannot usually be returned due to hygiene reasons. If you feel that my description & photo of a pair of earrings was inaccurate, though, please contact me within 24 hrs of receiving your order and I will consider your request.

Repairs: As per the Australian Competition & Consumer website, any items with minor defects due to quality or workmanship (as opposed to damage caused by the wearer, which is not covered) will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of Beasts & Blossoms. I will reimburse you for reasonable postage costs associated with returning the faulty item to me (please note that I’ll ask you to provide proof of postage & costs). Requests made more than 7 days after receiving the item will be assessed to ensure the damage was not the result of being stored or treated inappropriately.

Requests made more than 7 days after receiving the item will be assessed to ensure the damage was not the result of being stored or treated inappropriately. I do not offer refunds if you change your mind, items are the wrong size or the colour looks different in reality to how it appeared on your monitor /screen.

Important note regarding rings: Due to the fact that your ring is made to your size, I cannot refund your purchase if you order the wrong size. It is your responsibility to provide the correct size at the time of ordering (this page provides some tips on how to make sure you order the right size).
