Domestic shipping

Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $8 for all orders. Packages are sent out via Australia Post with tracking.

International shipping

Unfortunately, sending parcels to international destinations from Australia is expensive; it costs between $18 and $29 AU to package and send (with tracking) a small parcel overseas depending where in the world you are. You will be charged the maximum ($29 AU) at checkout, but I refund all postage over-payments of $1 AU or more. Please note that I fill in customs declarations as accurately as possible, and all taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international orders are your responsibility as the purchaser, Beasts & Blossoms is not responsible for any such fees that may be incurred.

Dispatch times

Art prints, canvases, etc. are produced as they are ordered, and I aim to send them out within 5 – 15 business days of receiving payment. If there will be a delay for any reason, I’ll email you.

Jewellery and other gift items are also made by hand as they ordered (so each piece you order is made just for you!), and will be posted within 5 – 15 business days of receiving payment. Again, I’ll let you know if there will be a delay for any reason.

Transit times will vary depending on where you are in the world and the various postal services / customs agencies the package must go through. Most domestic packages take between 2 & 5 business days to arrive, and most international packages take between 6 and 15 business days, although they can sometime take longer. Please be aware that I won’t consider a shipped parcel as ‘lost’ until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.

Items that are damaged / lost in transit

If an item is damaged on arrival, please contact me within two days (48 hrs) of receiving it, and include photos that clearly show the damage to both the package prior to opening (if damage is visible) and the item so that I can follow up with the carrier. I will replace the damaged item or, if that isn’t possible for any reason, issue a refund for the purchase price. I may ask you to return the damaged item to me before sending out the replacement or issuing a refund; in this case, I will refund the cost of return postage once you have emailed proof of sending to me (I will specify how to return it to me). If the item is lost in transit, I will provide a replacement or, if that isn’t possible for any reason, issue a refund for the purchase price.
