Cowslip orchids are common in south west WA, from north of Geraldton on the west coast to a bit east of Esperance on the south coast. They flower from mid-winter right through spring, & live in a variety of soil types in forests, coastal woodlands, winter-wet areas & sandplains as well as on granite outcrops.
